Reflection. I think it's important that we look back at different points in our lives and reflect. Taking a step back and seeing things from a different perspective. It's a great to evaluate that things you have done and may still have yet to do. Without reflection, how can we pour into ourselves? It can be so easy to pour into someone else's cup and remind them of their accomplishments and the doors that they have yet to open. But sometimes, when it comes to pouring into our own cup, sometimes we are left empty handed. Some great questions to ask yourself as you're self-reflecting are: - What have I accomplished so far? Now this can be over the past month, few months, year, or years.  - What else would I like to accomplish? - What are my long-term goals and what are my short-term goals? Now I will say, giving yourself a timeline to complete certain goals may be more effective. Kind of lights the fire under you. Puts your thoughts in actual action and not just on stand...

No one really knows do they.       Of course, there are instances where there is indeed a time and a place to do or discuss something. However, that doesn't mean you should allow time to pass you by...am I right? Imagine that thing that you said you've always wanted to do five...six, seven years ago. Yes, it has been that long since you've first thought of it and have still accomplished nothing towards it. Now imagine you had put some action behind it. How might your life have looked now?       Procrastination is what holds us hostage...
